At Blissful Independent Living, we understand the challenges faced by single adults, veterans, seniors (55+),
homeless individuals, and working adults struggling to find affordable housing. Our Independent Living Facilities
(ILFs) offer a safe, supportive environment designed to help residents live independently and thrive. We proudly offer
no credit checks, no market rental rates, and no high deposits — just an affordable, stable, and respectful place to call
home. We don’t administer medication, provide transportation, or prepare meals — instead, we focus on affordability,
safety, and community. Our homes provide a shared living model that encourages responsibility, self-sufficiency, and
mutual respect. Every resident has access to fully furnished living spaces, utilities included (light, water, and internet),
and 24-hour security for peace of mind. We offer multiple living options: • Fully-Furnished Shared Living Model: Two
beds in each bedroom • Fully-Furnished Private Living Model: One bed per bedroom, shared bathroom •
Fully-Furnished Suite Living Model: One bed and private bathroom All homes include shared living room, laundry, and
kitchen spaces — fostering a sense of family and belonging.

Our mission at Blissful Independent Living is to provide affordable, safe, and supportive shared housing to adults
seeking stability and independence. We are dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to housing by creating
a community built on compassion, dignity, and opportunity. We accept multiple forms of payment — SSI, SSDI,
Veterans Pay, and Private Pay — and provide case management assistance to help residents maintain long-term
stability and success.
